Dr. Rachel Levine is an American paediatrician who worked as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health from 2017 to 2021. Dayna is a professor of paediatrics as well as psychiatry at the Penn State College of Medicine and before worked as the Pennsylvania physician general from 2015 to 2017.
