Since 2000, Robinson has also been the principal analyst for NBC’s tennis coverage. For the past 20 years, Robinson has called the French Open and (until 2011) Wimbledon Championships for NBC.
He hosted the US Open on USA Network for 22 years, earning renown for his association with John McEnroe, which is still carried on NBC and Tennis Channel. The men’s singles gold medal match at the 2012 Olympics, which was held at Wimbledon, was also called by the duo.
Over the years, Robinson has worked for a number of Major League Baseball organizations.
