Ali Nuhu is a renown Nigerian movie actor, producer, director, scriptwriter, and dancer and enterprenuer in Nigeria. He is famous known as the King of Nollywood because he takes most of the roles as a leading character and acts as a significant factor in many Nigerian movies. His talent, skills, and techniques make him one of the most known Nigerian actors both locally and internationally.

Ali Nuhu Family
Ali was born and raised by both parents in Borno State, Nigeria. His father is called Mr. Nuhu Poloma, who is from Balanga Town in the Gambe State of Nigeria while his mother, Fatima Karderam Digema, is from Bama village in the Borno State of Nigeria. He is from a family of two children, and has a brother called Ibrahim B Nuhu.

He later joined the National Youth Service in Ibadan, Oyo State, in the western part of Nigeria and later he joined the University of Southern California to pursue a course in Film Production and Cinema Arts that eventually enhanced his current career of acting.

Ali Nuhu joined the Hausa Movie Industry in 1999 after graduating from the University of Southern California and started acing over 160 movies. After that, he joined Nollywood and featured in more than 110 movies. He also journeyed to India, where he acquired more knowledge on movie production, which he trained at the Asian School of Media Studies. As a Nollywood movie actor, he has featured in over 100 movies. Some of which are Last Flight to Abuja, Banana Island Ghost, Nasibi, Sitanda, Blood and Henna, Confusion Na Wa, Ojukokoro, Mansoor, Dear Affy, Madubin Dubawa, Matan Gida and many more. Nuhu is also a shareholder in governmental and non-governmental companies such as Omo, Samsung, Globacon, and many others. In 2018, he was given an honorary doctorate by ISM Adonai American University, Benin Republic.
