Schwartz became the Weekend Sports Anchor at KARE 11 in August of 2007. He was previously the sports director at KTAL in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dave isn’t a stranger to the state of Minnesota. His first employment after graduating from high school was at KAWE in Bemidji, Minnesota. For Sports Reporters and On-Camera Talent-Sports, he has two regional Emmys. He was voted the Minnesota Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association in 2012.
