She is best known for the sketch comedy series The Big Gay Sketch Show and her work on Saturday Night Live when she portrays characters & impersonates famous figures. She became known as a comedian who makes various impressions such as Hillary Clinton, Martha Stewart, and Ann Romney. She also made impressive impressions of celebrities like Edie Falco and Shakira.
McKinnon, an actress started impersonating Hillary Clinton on the TV show ‘Saturday Night Live’ leading up to the 2016 Presidential Election. She was actually impersonating the candidate & wearing a prosthetic mask for this role, but her fake version interacted with real-life Hillary Clinton.
