He got back into broadcasting as a reporter at KRNV in Reno, NV, and then at KMST in Monterey, CA. He landed his first job as a morning anchor at KTUL in Tulsa, OK and from there he moved to Phoenix, AZ where he reported and anchored at KTVK.
